When I was in college I listened to an album called "Oxala and other gods" that highlighted some sounds from coastal Blacks in Columbia and other regions. The self-titled album is great, the more recent one is so-so. The difference is that on the first album, Susana is backed by musicians who can create that traditional afro-peruvian percussion sound which blends in with Susana's voice, while the second album features more famous artists, thus the sound is more commercial. If you are planning to release any more albums, please use Susana's original backup musicians, at least for music's sake! The first album has about as much emotion as Shostakovich's Symphony No. 8., I really love it.
